Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call (951)523-7446 as soon as possible. Cancellations eight (8) days or more prior to the event will receive a refund of your deposit less 10% service fee. Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit.


Should it rain on the day of your event, Soft Zone Party Rentals, LLC will work with you on a solution suitable to all parties. During the rainy months, we ask that an alternative indoor area for the Soft Play Area be available at the time of booking. If an indoor location becomes unavailable after booking, we will provide a refund. Soft Zone Party Rentals will give the refund amount on your deposit, less the 10% service fee. 

Equipment Pick Up

At the time of pickup, Soft Zone Party Rentals, LLC will assess the condition of the equipment.
If the equipment is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, Soft Zone Party Rentals, LLC will charge a $100 clean-up fee to the card on file. The equipment must be inside the gated area.
Additionally; If any equipment has been damaged at the time (evaluation up to 5 days) of pick up, Soft Zone Party Rentals, LLC will charge the person or organization the repair cost to your card on file.


At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure your requested date. The remaining balance will be due seven (7) days before your event, and a Soft Zone Party Rentals employee will follow up for the remaining payment. -OR- The remaining amount due may be paid on the day of the event at delivery before setup can begin. If the booking is less than seven (7) days before the party date, the total amount will be due at the time of booking. 

*If an invoice remains unpaid three (3) days from the date it was sent, your reservation is not secured, and it is subject to cancellation without further notice.
